Rachel is an experienced business transformation and automation professional with a unique combination of operations and technical experience and a customer-first mindset. Rachel has served as a business transformation and intelligent automation implementation professional in financial services for over six years, partnering with both internal operations teams and clients to help them achieve their digital transformation goals.
Prior to joining Richey May in 2021, Rachel spent over five years at TransUnion, where she oversaw several large systems migrations and implementations and helped to stand up an internal automation consulting team within the Consumer Operations line of business. In this role, she spearheaded the implementation of intelligent automation initiatives across multiple business units and designed, managed and oversaw the Consumer Operations group’s automation governance model to support program scale and stability through expansion efforts.
In her capacity as the leader of the Intelligent Automation practice at Richey May, Rachel is responsible for the strategic vision of Richey May’s RM Automate solutions, as well as client automation implementations and ongoing consulting around automation strategy. She is passionate about helping organizations to realize the benefits of cutting-edge automation technologies, including streamlining processes and reducing errors, increasing productivity and liberating staff to focus on more complex, meaningful work, and reducing the cost to serve and increasing profitability.
Rachel was drawn to a career in digital transformation and automation due to her combined passion for technology and helping companies to solve business challenges, Rachel lives in New Jersey, where she enjoys visiting the local beaches and spending time with family.
