The Richey May Difference
The Richey May Experience, In Their Own Words
Our team members reveal what inspires them to dig deeper every day, creating meaningful impact for clients while growing professionally in our collaborative culture. Their stories illuminate the unique environment that sets Richey May apart.
I love working at Richey May Because:

I have been employed with Richey May for close to 4 years. Within that time, I have had more opportunities for growth than at any other company I have worked for. With the endless amount of opportunities I also appreciate the open minds and doors that allow people within the firm to pursue their passions.
My wife and I launched a nonprofit organization that mentors youth and Richey May has shown us an incredible amount of support. Richey May supported us through professional advice, assisting in planning and proposals, voluntary work, and monetary donations. The relationships built have become much more than just “do our job and go home,” Richey May has become family.

Danny O'Connor
Aside from spending time with my family, I am a professional MMA fighter and coach.

Chris Bretzlauf
I play hockey in a men’s league (even during busy season) and love to travel as much as possible. I have been to over 20 countries.

Sabina Miroshnikov
In my free time I enjoy painting, spending time with my husband and going on walks with our two dogs.

Freeman Scott Bedwell
Outside of work I love to bake and take photos. Baking is a great outlet for my creativity.

Gabrielle Munson
I coach 3 synchronized figure skating teams and compete on a team as well.

I enjoy working at Richey May because of the open and collaborative environment we have. Everyone is very supportive of each other. Our team is experiencing a lot of growth and that means there is a lot of opportunity for everyone and the career path that they want to take. Nobody has to fight each other for jobs or to get ahead, but we can instead help each other reach our goals.
I began working at Richey May in 2014 as an executive assistant and decided that I wanted to go back to school to become an accountant. The firm supported my decision and allowed me to work while going back to school and helped me to change my career path.

“When they say you can make your job what you want to make it, they really mean that. If you want to learn, they will teach you. They will empower you to pursue your passions.
I enjoy working at Richey May because every day I make a difference for my team. I only wish that I would have come to work here sooner.”
