This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Richey May & Co., LLP collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from individual usage of the https://richeymay.com and https://richeymay.com/technology/ websites (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Richey May & Co., LLP and Richey May Technology Solutions (collectively “RMC”) are committed to the protection of the privacy of our clients’ information.

“Site” means all websites including richeymay.com, or https://richeymay.com/technology/  interactive features, widgets, plug-ins, applications, content, downloads and other electronic services maintained by any of the RMC or family of companies.

  • “we,” “us,” “our,” or “RMC,” as used on this Site, mean the RMC and RMC family of companies.
  • “you” or “your” mean you as an individual and, if you are an employee or representative of another person or entity, such person or entity.

  • To improve customer service; Information that is provide helps us respond to all customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience; We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our individuals as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
  • To improve our Site; We may use feedback that is provided to improve our products and services.
  • To run a promotion, contest, survey or other website specific feature; To send nonpublic information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

Parents and Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information on our website from children under the age of 18. Parents have the right to delete the personal information of a child under the age of 18 by contacting us.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), which is effective as of January 1, 2020, regulates how we handle personal information of California residents and gives California residents certain rights with respect to their personal information.

Richey May & Co., LLP is both a “business” and a “service provider” under the CCPA. The following supplemental privacy policy applies to information we collect in our role as a business—this is when we interact directly with you.
