Real Estate CPA firm continues to attract top talent as business grows in key markets
Englewood, CO – Local accounting firm Richey May & Co. recently welcomed Zane Dennis, CPA, as a new tax partner and Real Estate practice leader.
“Zane’s direct experience with every type of real estate asset gives him an almost unique set of skills,” said Ken Richey, Managing Partner and co-founder of the firm. “His understanding of the real estate business and related tax law enables him to enhance the economic and tax efficiency of any project.”
Zane joined Richey May to lead an already robust real estate practice. During the course of his 25-year career, he has provided tax, accounting, business and financial advice to real estate businesses both as an accountant and as CFO for a private equity group focused on commercial real estate. Zane has participated in the disposition, acquisition and financing of billions of dollars of real estate, both in the U.S. and internationally. He will use his tax and real estate acumen to serve the firm’s real estate clients and to advise clients in other industries that are considering real estate transactions.
Richey May has provided assurance and tax services to the real estate industry for over 25 years, and continues to strengthen the practice with this strategic addition. Hiring Zane is part of Richey May’s ongoing initiative to attract high-caliber talent, and to augment the firm’s real estate expertise. Richey May has hired 26 professionals year-to-date, including seven at the manager level or above.
