Richey May Welcomes New Director of Business Development for Mortgage Niche Practice

Englewood, CO – September 12, 2016 – Richey May & Co., LLP, a certified public accounting firm serving the financial services and real estate industries, recently welcomed Seth Cohen as Director of Business Development for the firm’s Mortgage Banking niche practice.

 

“Seth has deep experience in the mortgage industry, having served in various positions from loan officer to owning and operating a mortgage company,” said Ken Richey, Managing Partner and co-Founder. “He understands the financial, regulatory and operational complexities of this industry first-hand, and is able to bring his insight to our clients to address both their opportunities and challenges.”

 

Seth joined Richey May after holding positions at Structured Portfolio Management, Bank of America, Fannie Mae and KPMG. In his role as Director of Business Development, he will identify and develop new client relationships with companies who would benefit from the firm’s mortgage industry specialization and value-added services.
