Julie brings a rare combination of financial expertise and psychological insight to her work with high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and entertainment professionals. As both a Certified Public Accountant and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, she blends analytical precision with a deep understanding of the interpersonal dynamics that shape financial decision-making.

Julie began her career at Rothstein Kass, where she spent a decade developing expertise in audit and then family office services. She later joined a boutique business management firm serving high-net-worth individuals in the entertainment industry, and in 2016, helped establish Bills & Stoll, LLP, as part of the firm’s founding leadership team. Today at Richey May, with over 20 years of experience, she continues to guide clients through the financial, relational, and legacy considerations of wealth with insight and empathy.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from California State University, Northridge, and a master’s degree in psychology. Julie’s approach reflects a belief that financial wellbeing and emotional wellbeing are deeply connected – and through that thoughtful guidance, she helps her clients navigate financial decisions with clarity and intention.
