The Richey May Summer Leadership Experience is a 2-day, invitation-only conference held at our headquarters outside of Denver, Colorado. The experience is structured to give high-achieving students a mix of leadership training, personal development, firm education and culture, networking and teambuilding events.
Students will have the opportunity to network with members of the Richey May team, meet other accounting, finance and business students, participate in fun team-building activities, and be considered for our 2025 internship and associate positions.
When is the Summer Leadership Experience taking place?
June 24th – June 26th 2024
- The experience will kick-off the evening of Monday, June 24th and close mid-afternoon Wednesday, June 26th 2024:
- For students traveling from outside of Denver, Monday, June 24th, will be a travel day.
- Richey May will provide all flights and hotel accommodations for all students participating in this program:
- Colorado-based students will be reimbursed for travel and are expected to be a part of the complete experience, staying in the hotel and arriving in time for the kick-off event.
Selection Criteria – The Summer Leadership Experience is designed for:
- Students attending a 4-year university program, with a strong interest in public accounting and/or technology
- Graduating May 2024 – December 2027
