Aidan Helt is a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Specialist at Richey May, bringing a robust background in strategic marketing, brand management, and professional development. With an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set that drives organizational growth and visibility.

In her current role, Aidan develops strategic marketing initiatives, manages digital and print marketing, and coordinates events to strengthen client relationships. Her approach is collaborative, working closely with leadership to identify business opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining Richey May, Aidan served in various marketing and leadership roles, including a Social Media Committee Member for the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and an Event Marketing Manager at the University of Washington Tacoma. She has also gained valuable experience through internships with the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee and the Student Technology Fee Committee.
