Brad has over 20 years of professional tax accounting experience. He practices in the following areas:
- U.S.-owned commercial real estate
- Inbound investment in U.S. commercial real estate (FIRPTA)
- High-net-worth individuals, particularly AM 100 law firm partners
- Mid-market businesses
- Professional service firms
Brad’s unique combination of business sense, experience, and education enables him to understand his clients’ needs and provide highly tailored service. Prior to founding the firm, he worked for the IRS, the U.S. Tax Court, and a Big Four accounting firm.
Brad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and serves on the BDO Alliance Board of Trustees and The Langley School Physical Facilities Committee.
He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from DePaul University, his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law, his Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and his Master’s in Real Estate (MRE) from Johns Hopkins University.
