Diana Cannell

Diana Cannell is a Partner and leads the assurance practice in the Logan and American Fork offices of Richey May Utah (formerly Allred Jackson). Joining in 1996, she is responsible for the oversight and direction of all department functions. Diana has been performing audits for over 30 years and is well-versed in accounting practices and reporting. Diana directs all audit engagements and is responsible for planning, oversight, and review of audit processes. She ensures that all CPE hours for Utah State licensing and governmental auditing requirements are met annually. She has built strong relationships with the clients she serves and has maintained open communication lines with them throughout the year to help navigate new accounting standards, changes in business structure, and organizational or personnel changes.
