Joining the firm in 2015 after seven years at Haynie & Company, Jeremy specializes in real estate, focusing on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects (LIHTC), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) insured mortgage projects, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development projects and multifamily housing investment projects. His other areas of emphasis include non-profit organizations, single audits, employee benefit plans and local governments.
