Katy Bardizian serves as a Partner and Director, Accounting Services for the Richey May Washington at Richey May Washington (formerly USXA and The Doty Group) in the Tacoma office. Joining in August 2018, she leads the delivery of specialized accounting solutions for clients in diverse industries. Katy oversees all aspects of client accounting services, providing tailored guidance and strategic support to businesses seeking accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Prior to her current role, Katy spent twelve years at Russell Investments, advancing from Senior Accountant to Assistant Controller. Her responsibilities included managing complex financial operations, regulatory reporting, and process improvements for a global investment firm. Katy began her career with KPMG, developing a strong foundation in audit, financial statement preparation, and client service across diverse industries. Katy’s breadth of experience in both public accounting and private sector finance equips her with the insight and leadership required to help clients optimize their financial management.
