Marcelo Sroka

Marcelo enjoys helping clients solve the business, tax, and financing challenges that keep them up at night. With more than 40 years of experience in the accounting industry, he provides tax and consulting services to individuals and closely held businesses across a wide range of industries. Marcelo began his career at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, before spending three decades at Corbin & Wertz (and its successor Wertz & Co), becoming a partner and serving as Chief Production Officer. In 2016, he founded Sroka & Co. A licensed CPA in the State of California, Marcelo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs, Orange County Chapter, and has remained active in both professional and community organizations throughout his career.
