Melissa Shronce

Melissa chose her career path early in her life and attended Appalachian State University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is involved in professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Within her community, she is an active member of First Baptist Church Granite Falls and previously served as Treasurer for the Hickory Soup Kitchen, Granite Falls Business and Professional Women’s Club, the Granite Falls Kiwanis Club, and the Catawba Science Center. In 2009, she was selected as a recipient of the Top 20 Under 40 award for the Greater Hickory Metro Region. Away from the office, you can find Melissa spending time with her family and friends, reading, and vacationing to beaches and tropical islands.
