With a majority of her public accounting experience dedicated specifically to mortgage banking, Rosie is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP). Her AMP designation is a prestigious recognition from the Mortgage Banker’s Association, a testament to her pursuit of educational excellence, ethical and professional standards within the industry. Dedicated to educating others, Rosie is a frequent speaker and presenter at industry conferences.
During her tenure with Richey May, Rosie has delivered hundreds of successful financial statement audits, consulting projects, and other mortgage-specific engagements. She also leads the compliance department within the mortgage banking audit team, as she is fluent in navigating regulatory matters from HUD, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, and USAP guidance. Before becoming an integral part of Richey May, Rosie honed her skills in a Los Angeles-based private company, supporting the Controller and CFO in financial tasks. This unique blend of experience enables her to serve clients with unmatched expertise.
