Shahrzad Radbod serves as General Counsel for Richey May, providing legal leadership and guidance across all aspects of firm operations, risk management, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Her responsibilities include overseeing contract negotiation and review, supporting mergers and acquisitions, ensuring robust regulatory compliance, shaping internal policies, protecting intellectual property, and advising executive leadership on complex legal and business matters. Shahrzad brings deep expertise to Richey May, shaped by senior legal roles in global corporations and the entertainment, technology, and consulting industries. Before joining Richey May, she led legal business affairs at Netflix, structuring major post-production deals, managing legal support for multinational facilities, implementing streamlined workflows, and negotiating strategic partnerships with global vendors and business leaders. At Deloitte, she spent seven years guiding Deloitte Digital’s technology and creative studios, negotiating high-value contracts, leading commercial support for acquisitions, and training teams on software resale agreements and alliance negotiations. Her earlier roles include Commercial Counsel with Marketo, where she handled SaaS, professional services, and playbook agreements, and Corporate Counsel with Hewlett-Packard, focusing on complex IP transactions, licensing, and software agreements.
