Gina Jackson

Tax Partner, Mortgage Banking

Gina joined Richey May in 2012 and serves as a Tax Partner in the Mortgage Banking practice. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, technical research, business development, and training for the department, ensuring that clients benefit from strategic and innovative solutions tailored to the mortgage banking industry. Gina works closely with clients to address complex tax issues, guiding them through regulatory changes, structuring opportunities, and best practices to strengthen their financial positions. In addition to her technical leadership, Gina invests heavily in staff development and mentoring, helping cultivate a talented tax team and sharing her extensive expertise through internal education initiatives. She also champions workplace belonging and wellness, contributing to leadership programs focused on building a supportive and inclusive culture at Richey May. Before joining Richey May, Gina spent five years at CBIZ, where she managed client relationships by providing tax compliance through planning and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns.
