Kim has 13 years of experience in corporate finance and consulting, including senior financial leadership positions for a Fortune 500 company in addition to 10 years of public accounting and corporate internal audit experience.
Kim has significant experience in highly regulated industries providing financial and business advisory services to C-Suite executives and has served as Senior Director and head of finance for a $4.5B institutional pharmacy services provider acquired by CVS Health. Prior to joining Richey May, Kim was focused on consulting projects for private equity backed organizations and investment firms with responsibility for providing financial analysis to support investment decisions and driving accounting, business process and technology platform improvement initiatives to include evaluation and implementation of a new ERP platform.
In her financial leadership roles Kim was responsible for financial oversight and consolidation of a newly formed $1.6B public reporting segment for a Fortune 500 company, which included establishing overall reporting and key performance indicators and presenting performance to the CEO and CFO. Kim also served as Vice President of Finance for a $200M hospice and PBM services business and was responsible for sell side due diligence in connection with the sale of the business to a private equity firm. In her capacity as a Director at Richey May, Kim specializes in serving clients by providing a full range of outsourced accounting and advisory solutions for closely held companies in the mortgage banking, alternative investments and various other industries.
