Nathan Lee joined Richey May in 2004. He has served in a variety of capacities during his tenure at Richey May, including leading the firm’s overall growth strategy as well as the firm’s national mortgage banking practice. He is currently the Partner-in-Charge of Richey May Advisory, LLC, the firm’s advisory and technology consulting practice, where he is responsible for strategy, growth, and leadership. He also maintains an active role in the mortgage industry and is a regular contributor to the firm’s mortgage banking technical literature, including client memoranda, white papers and industry presentations.

Nathan’s entrepreneurial spirit has driven growth at Richey May each year since he has joined the firm. Nathan’s skill at identifying and assembling teams to meet client needs has earned him a reputation for top quality service and excellent leadership.

Nathan Lee grew up in Southern California and attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He currently lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with his wife Heidi and their three children. When he’s not at the office, Nathan spends as much time as possible with his family and enjoys traveling, as well as mountaineering and mountain biking in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
