Nick Ward serves as a Partner in the Risk & Compliance group within Richey May Advisory Services.  Nick joined Richey May in 2012 and was promoted to Assurance Partner in 2019, specializing in the complexities of the mortgage and financial services industry. In 2022, Nick took on a new role within Richey May Advisory, leading the way in outsourced services and value-added compliance. Working closely with clients, he helps them navigate the ever-changing operating ecosystem. Nick focuses on making complex financial information more accessible, empowering his clients to make informed decisions. Passionate about growth and development, Nick leads the firm’s Professional Development curriculum and experience, ensuring that every member of Richey May has the opportunity to thrive. Prior to joining Richey May, Nick gained valuable experience at CliftonLarsonAllen, where he provided assurance and consulting services to private companies in the financial services sector.
