Rob joined Richey May in 2017 and currently serves as a Partner in the Alternative Investments practice.  He joined the industry in 1996, serving both private and publicly-held companies.  He specializes in serving clients across the financial services industry, including private equity and hedge funds. As a leader in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services team, he provides M&A expertise to clients contemplating entity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and buy/sell side due diligence.

Prior to joining Richey May, Rob spent eight years with EKS&H preparing and reviewing ASC 740 provisions and consolidating C corporation and partnership returns for clients in multiple industries, including private equity, entertainment, technology, manufacturing, regulated utilities and real estate.  He also spent time working in the transaction services area providing research and guidance on entity restructuring, M&A due diligence and corporate liquidations. Rob started his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP in Denver and later transitioned to KPMG, LLP.
