With you in mind, Richey May is excited to announce many enhancements for this year's Benefits Open Enrollment! With so many updates, ALL employees will be required to elect or decline benefits during the Open Enrollment period. Open Enrollment will be from May 10th through May 19th, with benefit updates going into effect on July 1st, and current coverages terminating on June 30th.
Action must be taken during open enrollment since all current coverages will be terminated effective July 1, 2023!

- A new dental carrier, Guardian, which will expand network options and reduce confusion employees experienced with Meritain Dental
- A new vision carrier, VSP, with enhanced benefits, a broad network, and lower premiums compared to Meritain Vision
- A new flexible spending account (FSA) will be available to those who enroll in the PPO health plan
- Those who enroll in either of the HDHPs will have a Health Savings Account (HSA) administered by P&A Group, who offers lower monthly account holder fees and more diversified investment options compared to Optum Bank
- We will offer two new supplemental benefit plans through Sun Life - a Hospital Indemnity plan and a Critical Illness plan
- Our current Accident plan will move from Allstate to Sun Life
- The disability plans, life insurance, and AD&D coverage will also move to Sun Life. Disability, life, and AD&D premiums are paid for by Richey May and employees are automatically enrolled
- Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is available to all Richey May employees and their families, will move to ComPsych
