Olivia Reese, AMP is a part of the Business Intelligence practice at Richey May. Olivia specializes in data analytics and data-informed consulting in the mortgage industry. She is responsible for the strategic vision of Richey May’s RM Analyze business intelligence product, as well as the product’s implementation and ongoing analytics consulting. Olivia is passionate about giving mortgage companies insight into their data to make more informed decisions, and is driven by the moments that she can solve complex data problems that lead to strategic outcomes for her clients.

Olivia’s career in the mortgage industry began in 2012 at Phoenix Capital, where she provided mortgage servicing analytics and consulting to a variety of financial institutions. Her role at Phoenix later expanded to a more technical focus – as Vice President of Analytics, she was responsible for data and model management across the firm. She started at Richey May in 2019 and has since expanded the RM Analyze report offering and analytics consulting team. She was recognized in as a 40 Under 40 by National Mortgage Professional in 2021 and in 2020 as a HousingWire Tech Trendsetter for her work developing the RM Analyze product for mortgage use.
